After years of smoking ribs roadside, we now have a roof. So you can enjoy our all wood, slow smoked, Bar-B-Que, pork, beef and chicken year round plus all the fixin's. 


Big W's meats are of the highest quality pork, beef and chicken. They are rubbed down with dry spices and brown sugar and then slow smoked for up to 20 hours in a traditional tank smoker daily. (Just ask and we'll be happy to show them off to you)
